In life, many thoughts are born in the course of a moment, an hour, a day. Some are dreams, some visions. Often, we are unable to distinguish between them. To some, they are the same; however, not all dreams are visions. Much energy is lost in fanciful dreams that never bear fruit. But visions are messages from the Great Spirit, each for a different purpose in life. Consequently, one person’s vision may not be that of another. To have a vision, one must be prepared to receive it, and when it comes, to accept it. Thus when these inner urges become reality, only then can visions be fulfilled. The spiritual side of life knows everyone’s heart and who to trust. How could a vision ever be given to someone to harbor if that person could not be trusted to carry it out. The message is simple: commitment precedes vision.

Levels Camp `11 [KOREF] -Johor, Malaysia- [Pictures Included]

Before I start my blog, gonna share some information:

KOREF: Kahang Organic Rice Eco Farm - Located in Kluang district, Johor. It is the southern most rice farm in Peninsular Malaysia and thereby the Asia Continent. It is also the only organic rice farm in Malaysia. The farm`s total area is 120 hectares.

March 2: (Day 1)

Woke up at around 5:30 A.M.
Reached the school: 7:15 A.M
I just can`t seem to understand why my bag was heavy that time..then so I realized that my mum just bought 2 water bottles and put it inside my bag.
Actually before camp, JingYing & I- bit can`t get over ‘bout that irksome person. We were sorta’ stressed out & all that.
Bus-seatmate: JingYing
When everything was set, we left school at around 10:30+ am.
We`ve got two stopovers. First was the ‘Customs thingy’ (Still in Singapore) second;; Malaysia one. Gosh, long queue at M`sia`s custom. The toilets were not that clean. I was like “No tissue?” *sighs* I wasn`t complaining though, I was like “Ohkay, no prob.” (too sarcastic, haha)
When we reached Johor, I kept on looking out the window…All I can see was greeny places, forests, small billboards, cars..etc. What the heck, I didn`t even rest just to see the views. What? That`s all ‘Johor’ have? But wait, after the camp, I just realized that Johor is a state. HAH. I was so demanding, it isn`t ‘Kuala Lumpur’ :D (*laughs*)
Reached KOREF: 1: ++ pm
I just wondered… “why cannot inside the bus?”, “why cannot bring gadgets?” WHY SO STRICT? Hello, traveling for about 3 hours is friggin’ long already, what? It`s hard to sit, sit & sit… without doin’ anything. Yea, I got someone to talk to but…more freedom please? K, Next bullet. :)
We were all hungry that time but still, we should fix our own tent first. Ayo, hot sun almost killed me. (I kid’)
Before we eat our lunch;; (We should learn first the ‘hungry song’, taught by: trainers/instructors) Too hungry to sing that man! and TOO CHILDISH SONG ._.
I can`t remember what we ate. Day 1, I didn`t taste the drink, I forgot to get. (yay!) But they said, the drinks weren`t nice :s
After eating(lunch) :

First activity: Raft Building (The boys did those..we didn`t help ‘cos they didn`t ask for help tho.) (we just took some pictures for our grp. presentation)
Second activity: Rafting (t`was fun, t`was fun. Not so challenging but I enjoyed. JingYing was so scared, the water was eerie, yea? Then Jack even made JingYing more scared to death. Dang, he ruined our enjoyment!
Third Activity: Asli Water Obstacles (I had so much fun doin’ those water activities, hah. Can`t imagine…I can balance myself not-so-easily)
LAST: Night Trail (OK,OK.// Until now, I can`t figure out who threw stones while everyone was walkin’. Whoever you are, just so y`know…nice trippin’, you hit off my forehead)
Around 10+ pm, sleeping time. t`was friggin’ hot sleeping in a tent, mosquitoes everywhere. Can`t sleep easily. And some students weren`t sleepy so they roamed around. So irritating. They can`t control themselves.

March 3: (Day 2)

Woke up at around: 5+ am. We`re all srsly…so sleepy that moment.
That annoyed me;; Toilets. Morning-still dark; no lights. Most of the toilet doors were broken.
Had to sing ‘hungry song’ again just to have breakfast. WHAT?! ugh.

Kampong((in Malaysia) a village) walk/experience: We interviewed some Malaysians there; Living, work, ..etc.
Had to write our reflections/worksheets.
Then Lunch. (had to sing ‘hungry song’ again & again & again) UGHH.
Next? Farming experience. (wasn`t hard tho. but the challenging part there was…’how to walk through that muddy field’. Yes, planting = easy!) P.S. my nails got ruined.

wash-up/dinner
then our class prepared/planned some songs for ‘campfire night’. We weren`t serious when doin; those campfire songs but hey, we were 3rd place after all :)
I can see the stars :> Shined so brightly, very :>
I enjoyed the campfire even though I really, really need to pee that time. I think that`s the best activity I enjoyed the most. :)
AFTER THAT? SLEEPING TIME. (We din`t zip the tent tho., people saw us sleeping,[who cares, t`was night time]BWAHAHA)

March 4: (Day 3)

*yawn*, *yawn*, sleepy head.
wash-up
Breakfast
pitched our tent. I just realized that it`s not easy to fix a tent even you`ve got 2-3 persons to help ya’. We`re all girls(me, Nellie, YuHui, JingYing) we weren`t strong enough to pitch the tent. Thanks to Khairil for helping us :D
BYE KOREF.
We left KOREF at around 11 + am since we encountered small prob.
Bus moments with JingYing, YuHui, Nellie, Kang Xing, Jack. :D Laughtrip man =)) and also the fart boy! :) HAHA, he can do fake fart moves :> using his fatty face.
Reached school: 1 + PM. (Back to Singapore)

Grown Up 90's Little Angels

Yeaps, it`s us. My two fave cousins.

My childhood was almost perfect because of them. I`m the oldest among these two girls. Hannah & Joan;; turning 15 this yr.(`11) Me;; turning 16 this yr. (`11) They usually call me ‘Ate Jes’. Shortcut form of my name ‘Jessa’. We always needed to meet-up, for at least every 2-3 weeks. These two girls loves to sleepover at my house. Basically, we don`t sleep early as possible. We tend to talk(to infinity & beyond)much even people at home were all sleeping and all that. We seize the moment. We`ve got untold stories to share though I know they don`t do blogging. So I`m gonna share some. Our tita(s)(aunts) used to call us ‘Tres Marias’. But before that ‘naming’…we created already and it`s so-called ‘Powerpuff girls. I`m Blossom. Hannah is Bubbles and Joan is Buttercup. Hannah and Joan always argue with that two powerpuff girls.(Bubbles & Buttercup) No one likes BUTTERCUP. (as far as I know) So I told them, “who`s the youngest among us?” then Joan will answer me, “Hannah”. I replied “Okay, Bubbles is the youngest..stop debating. Hannah will be ‘Bubbles’” HAHAHA, insane moments that time. Then Joan will just say “HALA”. I remembered those times when we used to dance during birthday parties(Now? Not anymore. Too shy already), we used to sing(Karaoke) for every occasion(Hey, even we`re all grown up, we still!). We were ‘Kikay(girly)’ back then. We always plan(what to wear)… like for example:

Me: Joan tomorrow, it`s New Year already. So what will you wear?
Joan: I don`t know. How about you?
Me: I`m goin’ to wear my vintage tee. You wear skinny jeans! :) I`m gonna wear also :)
Joan: Ah. sure. I`m gonna wear my purple shirt that Tita xxxx gave to me. Hey, you bring your glossy bag also cos I`ll be bringing too :D I`ll update Hannah later :)
Me: Yea sure. :D

How great, every Christmas, our Titas and Titos will give us same gifts but different colors. I usually receive blue and I didn`t like though. We also used to tease each other. Example: Joan will call me ‘Lola’ since I wore specs before. I`ll call her ‘curly’. Joan will tease Hannah about how her voice and Hannah will also tease Joan. HAHA, too common story? :D I remembered eating ‘chicken skins’ with them & with shake :D Gosh, I freakin’ miss that :)

HANNAH:

I remembered our Movie Marathon during our Elementary days :D We watched the ‘Shutter’ but we didn`t look straight to the TV. We just covered our eyes using those pillows and until the movie ends. (It`s normal right? everyone does :D)
When she don`t have ‘nuff clothes(sleepover for 2-3 days), she borrow clothes from me since we were both tiny little girls that time. (now, she`s taller than me)
I used to live in Rizal before(elementary days), my house and her house were technically twins :D The space of her house & my house? Totally, no gap. (I swear)
I will never forget our biking moments(race!), ‘tinda’(this epic days! :) we used to sell jolens, stickers, wallets[even rainy days, we still sell]) moments. Those ‘interview session’. AHAHA. Example, I`m the reporter and Hannah`s the actress and I`ll interview her. I will record a video just to see how she came up with her speech.
We were the fighters :D (for some reason) (Palaban kase kami)
We hated ‘maarte girls’. (HAHA, WTH. Do I need to explain?)
I always give her advice. (most probably, beauty tips) HAHAHA =))
I always share my secrets to her since Joan was not good in keeping secrets that time. (old pretty childhood times). Hannah is a quiet type of person.
I call her ‘bebe juu’. (LOL, isn`t cool?) *sarcasm*

JOAN:

I call her ‘bebe gie’ (Wait, I forgot how I invented that ‘namings’. They call me ‘Bebe Boo’. Wokays, isn`t nice? :?)
I will always recall our ‘Biking moments with biggie umbrella’. :D Weird but fun :D I remembered living in Poblacion, Makati. She always ‘angkas’ me cos she`s bigger than me, alright!
We tend to laugh, laugh, laugh. She always listen to my cranky jokes and she`ll be crazy all-the-way though.
We used to go out late at night just to buy ice-cream/slurpee at 7-Eleven even that convenience store`s far. We still need to walk faster because the time isn`t joking. HAHA.(11: 30+ pm) I even count ‘1, 2 ,3’ so that our speed will be same :DD
Joan`s is a shy-type person. Every ‘Karaoke session’ :P =))
Before, I always help her with her ‘Curly Hair probs’. Like, I fix her hair if I`ve got time.(elem. days)

—> We always stick together :) But now? :`| I left them :| I forgot to hug them during my depart. (Phils.-Singapore) Srsly, I was friggin’ sad that time :( I will always remember those good times we had, those ‘sukat times’ as if we`ll not goin’ to buy those clothes(just to take pics, y`know?) =))

My Coolest Phone Ever

yes, I do love my phone ~:D~
Not new, btw. My mum bought my phone last year. May 2010. I`m thankful enough that time (:
Yea, you think it`s big like an iPhone? Nope. But it`s quite heavy because it has ‘`Qwerty’. So if you don`t want to use the ‘Touch’, you can be able to use the ‘Qwerty Keyboard’.
This kind of phone`s really cool. Bunch of people are asking how much is my phone. I really don`t know the price. Though I know it`s expensive.
Android Platform`s the bomb. Mine is Android 1.5(upgradeable to Android 2.1)
The app/s are always updated and also cool! (:
I love the camera (: My golly-wow. Some of my FB profile pictures were taken from my phone. Nice Quality (:
I love fb-ing tumblr-ing & tweet-ing using my phone. The internet`s fast. Singtel`s the best! :D
LOL. I`m not advertising this kind of product! (: I`m just sharin’ cos my phone got her(YEA?) new glam stickers. hehe~ Thanks to my Chinese friend (YUHUI) ;DD That`s why! I`m indeed golly that my phone`s now glam. HAHA.
Even I got this kind of cool phone, I still want to have a BB. HAHA. I want to decorate my phone. But I can`t decorate my current phone. I`m still finding a case for my motoblur but I can find any… :|

Jacket Experiment.

So this kind of thing`s trending, I bet. :) This was so last, last week. Was not able to upload much earlier because I was busy. I think it`s cool. I just experimented my mum`s jacket, way back then… I don`t like this jacket but since I`ve seen some awesome outcome of experimenting some polo(s), I did my own part too. I wore this for 1 day(srsly, |at home ofcourse|) In front, good looking outcome but… see my back, messed up. Don`t need to make it perfect cos I`ve got some nice shots of it already. :) This is it. In reality, we can`t wear this… can we? :D okay, my effort was not wasted. :)
